Our tools mean that when a device is shipped to your user, it configures everything needed for the user to get started straight away!
That means Outlook, Slack, Adobe, Gmail, – all installed and ready to use infront of your new staff members eyes.
3. On-going Support.
The team at qbox are here to help. Our solution experts will get you set up with your “First Day Success Program” and once everything is working, you’ll have support from our technical team.
We’re available 7 days a week, between 8am and 6pm AEST for any issues you or your staff might experience.

Whether you’re more a Mac fan or a PC wizz we’ve got you covered with the choice of either. As a part of our process we’ll provide industry leading Mac and PC configurations for your staff that are tried and tested to withstand constant business use. If your staff need mobile devices also we add in iPhones too!

Once configured, automated workflows do the hard work behind the scenes, enabling the magic of Zero Touch Deployment. When a device arrives for your staff member, they unbox and watch as configuration assistant sets up the device without IT involvement.
