For Change Co. is a social enterprise born from the idea that if young people are provided with the tools to empower and take control of their lives, then they will be able to create their own pathway out of the homeless cycle.

With a guiding vision of an Australia free from youth homelessness, For Change Co. developed a paid training and employment program, The Change Program, that creates a real and lasting change in each young person who completes the program, and it has been proven to create lasting change in youth homelessness.

As a social enterprise, they run a group of cafes, For Change Cafes, and operate a food truck, Crêpes for Change. With 100% of all profits directly funding The Change Program. Plus the cafes serve as training venues for the program participants, known as trainees.

For Change Co. provides pathways for trainees, many of whom are engaged in or are looking to continue their education. qbox is proud to be partnering with For Change Co. equipping these young people with the necessary equipment to complete their education and support their future employment.
